Dear Customer Service,I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with the Whirlpool washing machine that I purchased from your company via Amazon. Despite multiple attempts to resolve the issue, I have encountered nothing but frustration and poor customer service.The washing machine, which is still under warranty, has been exhibiting a persistent problem of excessive vibration during operation. Despite my repeated complaints and requests for assistance, the technical personnel sent to my home have been dismissive and unhelpful.The last service person who visited my home not only failed to address the issue but also displayed a shocking level of rudeness towards me and my family. Instead of acknowledging the problem with the machine, he absurdly attributed the vibrations to the type of clothing being washed, suggesting that placing a napkin inside the machine was the cause. He even went as far as to imply that I should either refrain from using certain materials or stand by the machine constantly during operation. Such a response is not only unprofessional but also unacceptable.It is evident that there is a genuine issue with the machine itself, as evidenced by the continued vibrations despite multiple attempts at resolution. I demand that immediate action be taken to rectify this situation. This includes providing a thorough inspection of the washing machine by competent technicians and offering a viable solution to resolve the ongoing problem.Furthermore, I find it deeply concerning that despite lodging multiple complaints over the past 15 days, there has been no satisfactory response or resolution from your end. I insist that this matter be treated with the urgency and seriousness it deserves.Attached to this email are videos documenting the persistent issue with the washing machine, which I hope will serve as clear evidence of the problem at hand.I expect a prompt and satisfactory resolution to this matter, failing which I will be compelled to escalate this complaint through other channels, including consumer protection agencies and social media platforms.I look forward to your immediate attention to this matter and a swift resolution.

Very nice and quality product

This washing machine is just an average performer. Delivery was swift, within one day at Delhi however the machine had a dent on one of its side. I thought of getting it replaced by seeking help from amazon customer care but I was told that this being the last piece either I will have to keep or accept a refund. Dent being small I kept the machine though. Having used it for 2 months, I have listed the pros and cons of this machine.Pros1. I bought it for just above Rs 13000, which is a good deal for 7 Kg segment2. It does its job of cleaning clothes well.3. Build quality is nice and doesnt make much noise.4. Fitments provided by company are adequate for you to start using the machine without spending any additional amount on any other accessories.Cons1. Lint filter is absolutely useless. In fact the company claims it to be unique but it doesn't do its basic work of removing lint from the fabric.2. ZPF is nothing and is a marketing gimmick. Machine has no additional motor. It just permits the water flow in if pressure is less, that's all3. Hard water wash option is also a marketing gimmick. The only difference in Hard water wash is, it lets in more amount of water. Else use chemical on your own.For me it has been value for money since I paid less amount. However, removing lint remains an important aspect for me which I feel I have been tricked into by the marketing jargons of company. Rest it does its job.
