The product was received with hole in it and the quality of product is worst.I have bought same product of same company from a direct dealer but there is huge difference in actual product.Online product bought from Amazon is worst in quality and received damaged product

I ordered a sigvaRis Samson stockings, in advertently asked for a size 1instead of 6 without realising at the time. Received same, tried on and will not fit. Unfortunately it is non returnable and cannot be replaced , size 1 for size 6, although both sizes are same price. I requested , due policy, cannot be replaced despite not having used as cannot even get my foot size in. An International company of sigvaRis fame and excellence for their products cannot replace due an ordering error by the buyer! Very surprising indeed. My money wasted due my error, as stated above, due non replaceable policies. I can understand if the stockings had been used, but in trying one on, without wearing, i realised my error.We live and learn, famed international medical assistance companies can be so very stringent.
