Both the types of gujias are tasty. The blue one is little on a lesser sweet side and the red one is neutrally sweet. But none of them are extremely sweet as done by local halwais. The other difference is that red one is made with butter and blue in ghee. I like blue more than red because it's less sweet. Overall super tasty. It cannot get any better than this. Good job by Haldiram.

Gujia is very tadty.I was just thinking that gujia cab be broken during the transit but each piece was perfect and taste was also good.Thank you Amazon.

Don't order online Gujia ever...it was not finished well..were broken and taste was stale although the expiry date was far..Will never order again...
