Lightweight, Quiet, and Powerful
I needed a vacuum that was lightweight and easy to maneuver that could also handle carpet in a house with dogs. The Pure One S11 is it. The suction is strong; I had my doubts at first, since the Pure One is light and quiet, but it effectively cleaned both our carpets and hard floors. The vacuum is easy to use on carpeted stairs. The attachments switch out with no effort but remain secure during use. I can vacuum the entire house on one charge (my house is under 1800 square feet, so your experience with charge duration may vary.)The vacuum does not take up a lot of space, freeing storage for other things. The Pure One is versatile and the only vacuum we now own. It can be used to dust shelves, freshen up upholstery, and clean the interior of the car. What I like best is that the Pure One is not a chore to set up and move around the house. I find myself vacuuming more often than before because the Pure One is easy to use. Our house is cleaner and my bad back is happier. I'm thrilled to no longer have to lug around a burdensome vacuum. The Pure One S11 is the vacuum I didn't know I needed!

Great personalized service!
We bought this vacuum based on great reviews. The best part is the light at end of nozzle & great suction for such a lightweight vacuum. A few months after using the vacuum the motor on this product, we reached out to the company and they immediately sent one out for your charge. They called to make sure that we received it and said they were sending us a gift. They sent us additional attachments for the vacuum. We were pleasantly surprised.Great customer service!

It is only a matter of time before this unit dies on you...
We paid $340 for this unit last year. We liked it so much we bought a second for our business.About one month after the warranty expired for the 1st unit, we noticed that the battery was no longer holding a charge. We have a 2400sf ranch so when the battery was new, we could vac the entire home with plenty of juice to spare. Well, I was now lucky if I could vac 1/2 of the house before the battery died. So I called customer service. They sent me a new battery. The new battery lasted all of 22 minutes before it died. The battery used to last me almost 40 minutes. But a few battery lasts for only 22 minutes??? I shared this with customer service but there was nothing else they were going to do for us and I have all of the emails to prove it. Ok, I get it, it's a cordless vac, the battery's are what they are. Time for me to move on.So you know, the battery charges while in the handheld unit and when inserted into a large charger that I installed on the wall. The battery stopped charging while in the unit and in the wall charger. So I took the battery out and placed it in the secondary charger on the wall unit. The battery now would charge but still only last for like 20 mins now. But what does that tell you?It tells me that the initial issue was with the hand-held unit. Maybe if that was changed out by customer service I would not be writing this review. Who knows. But it wasn't replaced. Only the battery was.So for a few months we charged the battery in the top section of the wall charger. And by doing this you are not able to insert the handheld unit into the wall charger. So we had to place the handheld somewhere else in the house while the battery charged. This was quite a mess but we did it.And then this week guess what? The top section of the wall unit stopped charging. Seriously, the entire unit is now junk. Well it always was junk, now its completely worthless. So now I'm out of vac. One that I paid $340 last year.So I started carting a home battery back and forth to work to charge in the work wall charger. Talk about a pain in the you know what, but I did it so we had a vac at home. And now get this. The battery for the work vac started to die a slow death. It worked on what I thought was a full charge but it only but it only lasted for all of 7 1/2 minutes before dying. So the home vac is dead as a door nail. The work vac is running a close second and its only a ammeter of time before that one is dead also.I could write so much but why bother. I just want the reader to know to move on from this vac and buy something else. I paid a total of almost $700 for two vacs. One is completely dead, the second is on its last leg. Not only did I purchase one lemon, I bought two. And so will you. Just give it time. Stay away from Tineco. You will thank me later.

Love it! Wish I had this for my last vacuum!
12/23 - Still loving it (so much so that my mom bought a newer model to replace her Dyson that wouldn't hold a charge and she couldn't purchase replacement battery) but the vacuum head is broken, the rubber wheels eventually broke off in pieces until the were completely gone, and the latch holding it to the shaft/tube has broken and won't stay connected so it's unusable. One of the two plastic pins that is part of the plastic connector that fits in the holes on each side broke off so that's why it won't stay on. I'm not interested in purchasing a whole new vacuum when the rest of it works great. Hopefully I get a response and an able to purchase a replacement head. Will keep you posted. The vacuum isn't very heavy feeling in my hands or in my back, neck and legs. I usually have to switch holding it back and forth because even though it's light, to my body it feels heavy sometimes, which is why it's awesome that you can not only pull the trigger for it to work but flip a switch and it stays on without you having to do anything else. It has a turbo boost that will also stay on if the switch is on. Awesome if you need a little extra suction on an area rug. It also works great on my outdoor "carpet" on my decks. It also will give the regular setting a boost if it senses the area being cleaned is a little more dirty. It has a face on the top that senses when the filter needs to be cleaned and other stuff as well as a light that turns from blue to red if it senses more dirt in an area when vacuuming. There is an app that shows you information going on with your vacuum performance. I installed it, checked it out and then uninstalled it. It's really not essential and does nothing to make its job easier for you to use the vacuum. Checking filter is pretty much a given, isn't it? I don't want pretty bells and whistles, I want a vacuum that kicks @$$, that does what it's supposed to do without breaking the bank. I didn't realize it would come with the filter suction cleaner accessory and I ordered one as well so now I have a spare plus I ordered a couple extra filters. The removable filter tube thingie that holds the filter is so awesome! Put the dirty filter in the cleaner, put a clean filter back in vacuum cleaner, turn it on, turn the dial thingie on the edge of cleaner to turn the filter and between the little brushes inside the tube and the turbo boost you've got a clean filter! Dirt will eventuality pack into the corners of the canister. Just clean it out with some compressed air but make sure you do that outside! The long skinny brush attachment is great for cleaning small or tight places you couldn't get by hand and to clean out bugs from inbetween the screen and window when cleaning windows. It's also the best at cleaning your heating/air duct area under your vents. It then gives you no excuse to not clean the vent covers since they're off anyway! Just be careful and don't forget the vent cover is off and fall into it with your foot and leg like I've done more times than I've got legs! The short brush attachment that has a larger sized opening (different then I've ever seen before!) and it's great from everything to dusting collectibles, dusting ceiling fans and the air return vent cover! Only thing is extra batteries were sold out (the wall caddy that holds/charges the vacuum and some, though not all accessories, has a space for an extra battery as well!!) so I guess I need to check and see if they have any yet. I would buy this again, one of my favorite vacuums I've ever bought. I wish the cover for the containment canister was a little more secure, mine has broken and even though it still seals, sometimes it gets dropped into the garbage can when emptying the dirt. Now if this vacuum was as smooth moving as a Dyson (it really does, I love using my mom's, I thought about stealing it) with the on switch you can choose to lock on that this vacuum has with a fair price (there's no reason these little vacuums should cost as much as a decent fridge or washer and dryer, a car or mortgage payment). Even though I don't think this brand should be as expensive as it is, (I have a $40 upright canister vac I've had about 15 years now and it still works great and even though it has a hardwood flooring setting it doesn't do that well on non carpeted floors. Which has led to my hunt for a great vacuum that doesn't cause me pain to use. I shouldn't hurt the 2+ days after doing the floors) it's cheaper than a Dyson but cleans as well as the Dyson, that's the reason we got this one. I'm still happy with it, but wouldn't turn a Dyson down if I received it as a gift lololUPDATE 8/24/22I forgot to mention that in order to get under furniture without the head tilting, bend down and turn your hand 1/4 turn and it will lay flat. If you1/4 turn left the head will want to go left, same with the right turn going right. So you can get underneath furniture that doesn't have great clearance, you can get how ever the highth of the head. I'm able to get under the dressers that have that gap at the bottom.AND BTW - I'm still loving it and I'm glad I got the extra battery with the added bonus the spare battery holder on top of the wall caddy also charges, so when I've had to use turbo extra or I've just been vacuuming that long (it's amazing that the teenager never has to change the battery the whole time she's vacuuming the same floors I am lol), I pop the charged battery in the vacuum and pop the dead battery up top so it'll be ready the nextday or even later the same day depending on how long it's been charging. I honestly don't know how long it takes to charge. Guess I should look that up so I can time it every once in a while to see if they're still maintaining a charge and if not, how fast is. That would be good information for a future update!
