Great stuff
Used this last week on a cut of brisket to make salt beef!! I was really happy and this stuff worked well…I had lovely pink cooked meat and will continue to use this again!Great value for money

Made my own cornbeef
Really good curing agent made my own cornbeef from it but just that it doesnt have the pink color hence my meat hasnt changed color had to put food color overall ok for curing meats and not as expensive

I am a retired butcher and have used this before.I make my own sandwich meats.Use 1 teaspoon of Prague powder to 1 kilo of meat. Do not exceed the amount.I recommend this product.5 🌟s.
