Q: What is the best soap to use for this?

Bobrick Liquid soap dispensers are designed to dispense commercially marketed all purpose hand soaps including liquid and lotion soap and synthetic detergents. Acceptable soaps need to have a viscosity in the range of 1cP to 19,000cP (centipoise).

Q: Where can you find replacement tips?

There is actually no replacement tips that will help. This product is terrible design. We ended up just replacing all the units for a manually one

Q: What motor does this use

It is internal to the pump assembly section and cannot be replaced. The complete replacement for this unit is available from multiple vendors. In my experience it was best to replace the complete unit. The cost was too close to make it worth while.
