I have problems sleeping through the night. I've tried melatonin, sleepy time tea, and other OTC sleep aids. This grounding mat is the only thing that has worked so far! I've had it six weeks and have slept soundly every night. They say it's best to sleep with your skin directly touching the mat, but that didn't work for me. My body was too warm directly on the mat. I sleep with a regular cotton fitted sheet over it. It has also helped immensely with my knee pain. I highly recommend it! Sweet dreams!

I know it sounds great, and honestly, this is my second round of trying it because it seems to make so much sense when you read about it. You feel good for a couple weeks (all placebo) but after that there is no difference in your health or even feelings of well being. If anyone wanted it to be true, it would be me, but save your money.

My partner and I are not the hippy-dippy types, but we were both having issues getting a good night's sleep, so we thought we would give these mats a try. We read a little bit about "earthing" online and it sounded interesting. Well, now we both sleep better. I suffered from TMD (teeth grinding while sleeping) and now I no longer grind. My partner was never able to sleep through the night and now he does. So, obviously, something good is happening.

I have slept more soundly and am waking up less during the night. However the vinyl really makes me sweat. I don't care for that at all. I also have not had any improvement in body aches like I've had on other brands.

We bought this for our king size bed. We placed it lower on bed to come in contact with our legs. I was concerned about the faux leather and how that would feel on my skin. We do have organic cotton fitted sheet over top. We do feel like it makes us a little hot.But the benefits! I have a lot of inflammation in my body and I felt more rested and less achy after the first night!My husband does not have so much inflammation so important to note that he did not notice the benefits as quickly.I want to buy for my kids next! My oldest struggles sleeping and with ADHD so I’m curious if it would benefit him as well.
