if your phone is turned of for any reason your stat will not turn off the heating needs to be on 24/7, all so if you alter settings on stat or on different phone you have to reset schedule or it will not turn off at night

Well constructed, with a good standard of finish.Unlike some 3rd party stands this one comes comes with custom fixtures to securely bolt the unit to the stand.

Stand ok, incorrect fixings supplied.
Stand looks great, however, only 2x1 inch screws and wall plugs and no the correct fixings for securing thermostat to stand, would order direct from tado next time.

To expensive
It's a stand, it does that ok. But £24? I still feel annoyed I bought this. Should have got one of the third party stands for a few pounds. It's a shame because the tado system itself isn't overpriced.
