Good quality
This arrived vacuum packed. Instructions say give it a day to fully reform. I found it needed 2 days to fully retake its original form.Once fully reformed it is comfortable with a nice firm supporting feel to it. The soft cover unzips for washing.Overall, a very nice good value pillow. Would purchase again.

Just firm enough.
The cushion is just firm enough so that I can feel something between my legs and arms, but not so hard that it feels uncomfortable. I'd recommend this to people who like their cushions on the firm side. It doesn't give a hot feel.The cover is also good - no lint, no dust, doesn't stain that easily and is very easy to wash.10/10 would recommend

Not for sleeping with, too heavy!
This pillow is so extremely heavy that I cannot lift it without help. It should be sold as a bolster type pillow for propping yourself up with, not for sleeping with. I'd love to return it but I'm a few days too late so Im writing a review to warm others. Not Fibromyalgia Friendly (something I never expected to have to say about a pillow!)

Not for sleep
Love this pillow, but it's only good for sitting on the couch or maybe reading in bed. It's very firm, with no give to it,not the pillow for sleeping on.

Very comfortable
Bought this product for my partner as she had been having a lot of trouble sleeping due to arthritis, now I have trouble waking her up! Haha! .. the pillow holds its shape and has not shown any signs of going flat in the time we've had it.. over a month now.. if you're looking for a great V-shaped pillow I highly recommend this one!

It was the best night's sleep I've had in days..
I only received this yesterday and slept on it for one night. It was the best night's sleep I've had in days.. my previous one was polyester and went lumpy; this pillow is lovely, quite firm and cuddly... you sink into it with full support and it's fairly cool - much better than the polyester ones; highly recommend

The most comfortable pillow ever…and I’ve had every type!
For the last few years I’ve really struggled to find a pillow that works for me. I’ve tried every type, spent hundreds and nothing has really worked!But this pillow is amazing! My family laugh at how many pillows I’ve tried/got/constantly switch.I’ll never try another pillow now, this is the one!
