Nice to have premeasured doses.
The best thing I like is that the salt stay fresh, not clumpy as we live in Florida where the humidity tends to make salt get clumpy. I keep the bag in a drawer and just keep out a small bowl of these for daily use and it's nice to be able to sprinkle salt on my eggs instead of having clumps coming out of a shaker.
