First time to use a cup. Finally decided to leave pads because they irritate me. As a first time user, i practiced insertion days before period. Today is my first day of period and it is easier to insert and it feels like im not menstruating at all. You cannot feel it's in there that is a big factor. Not good as the previous brand

It's a good quality cup, easy to clean, comes with the the instructions to use it, if you still can't figure out how to use it you can go to YouTube for some better understanding, otherwise good quality. Only drawback is the cleaning solutions that come with it are way smaller than expected.

The second time I am ordering a product from this brand, and the second time I got the wrong size. I ordered medium but got a small. Good, I did not open the plastic bag. As well as the size of the other item looks like a travel kit. On the package itself written Medium, it honestly feels like the product was replaced.
