So tried it with an open mind. Liked the old fashioned tin and artwork. It is sweet and there is a bacon-ISH flavor in the back of your throat. But more or less to someone who's never tried it before it's basically a sugar roll like an old mint. So it is pure sweet hardly bacon not worth your time or effort. Take my advice and make some fresh bacon from thick cut take your emulsion blender or food processor and then sugar it in a form and wrap it you'd have a better experience.

Cute, fun little "thing" to check out but yeah... the flavor... in my opinion is more like a fried bologna with a bit of hotdog but definitely NOT bacon. hahaha It really does kind of kick up a craving for the childhood fried bologna sandwich but... if bacon is what you're after... this ain't it. hahaha

Tastes like bacon

I absolutely LOVE the tin that these candies come in and will surely use it to store something nice and put it up for decoration. The package was well made and contained several individually wrapped candies. The only issue is that the candy didn't really taste like bacon to me. The candy wasn't really good at all. It was sweet but I really couldn't find even a hint of bacon taste. Your mileage may vary as everyone's taste buds are different.

Bought as a novelty. It met expectations by tasting horrible.

If your intentions are to watch someone spit out candy this is the right choice for you. I was genuinely hoping these tasted like real bacon. But all I got was what I imagine dog beggan treats would taste like. It would be a miracle if you could keep it in your mouth longer that 10 seconds. Was quite disappointing. The tin is cool though.

Was gifting it to a guy friend...was disappointed overall unfortunately. The flavor & taste was crap, not there. The tin was cute, maybe he can use it for his bike screws but other then that felt like it was a waste of money to pay shipping for as well.
