CLC Custom Leathercraft 417 Plier Tool Holder

I needed a holster (carrier) for a pair of short-nosed pliers I got locally that were tearing up a carry pack I use. I saw this holster and loved the look and the price so I ordered it.The craftsmanship is excellent. It's bigger than I expected. I'd say this is more designed for anything the size of a long-nose pair of pliers. However, the smaller pliers I placed inside stay there. Only downside is that the staplers used for the label were a pain to remove. Shows how well constructed the leather is. Very well worth the price.

I use a small crescent wrench dozens of times daily I had a sewn pouch that lasted only a couple months. This one has proven itself to be manufactured much better than the last one. One month in and it is still holding together and is starting to soften up nicely

Fit my amazon welpers perfectly. As a career welder having them in a holster and by my side at all times is a must. The convenience of always being able to reach down with my left hand and fix a problem without needing to remember where I set my welpers is not something I'm ever going to change. I've had this holster for about 9 months now and it's still as good as new. Over time the leather will form to your welper shape and create a little comfortable space for them to rest between use.

You can't beat the price for such a well-made item. I like that it is riveted instead of sewed because this type of construction is better lasting especially if you are putting a sharp hand pruner in & out often as I am. I bought two of these that are slightly different. The other has a close bottom for the pruning scissors I use. I do leatherwork, but with prices as they are right now, it was cheaper to buy than to make. I'm pigpen when gardening so, I dyed them a dark brown color so they don't show the dirt as much. I highly recommend this item or anything that CLC makes. Quality all around with them.🤗

It fit my pruners perfectly and looks very sturdy. The only negative things I can see is the back of the rivets are rough and some sharp and they shouldn't have used heavy staples through the leather to hold the label on. The leather looks sturdy.
