Robust machine.
Nice and quiet, no fuss and performs well. Just hope it lasts as my Fellows had too many electronics and it failed.

Excellent machine
Very secure shredder for the business. Arrived very quickly. One little grip was a box was damaged and unpacking the unit had a crack in the top. Lucky this has not affected its ability to work so kept the unit

NOT HEAVY USAGE AND CAN’T OPERATE CONTINUOUS FOR STATED TIME !
Product was intended as heavy usage, can barely operate continuous for five minutes before cutting out. No status light to show overheating or when has cooled down. Will have to go send back. Do not recommend purchasing, quality does not match high price.

Machine Faulty From the Start!
The machine flashed and peeped showing' bin full' time I plugged it in. This continued to happen after trying everything suggested. When I did eventually get the shredder to work it cut out before the bin was full. The only plus factor was the micro size of the shredded paper. I shall be returning the machine, but I am certainly not tempted to try the same brand again. I paid a lot of money for this shredder and all I got back was frustration, wasted time and unreliability!

cuts out very quickly
Firstly this weighs a ton so careful about where you put it-although it does have wheels once unpacked. Cuts really well and finely, But even when lightly loaded eight sheets a time not the 15 specified, only runs for five minutes before cutting out for an extended period. But none of the warning lights come on at all.Totally useless at the moment

FAULTY PRODUCT - OVERHEATING
This item overheats after a few minutes of light use - we think it must be faulty? The description 'heavy-duty' is inappropriate. We will be contacting the seller separately as this is not suitable for office use. We are very disappointed.
