So far it has taken my sample 1 week to be recieved. (Texas to florida) Now waiting for the sample to be processed. Easiest sample collection. Humane way to help my fur baby feel less irritated.After receiving the item, taking a sample from my pet, and a week for USPS to deliver the envelope of my pets sample, it took about 1 day time for my pets sample to be tested. It was easy, relatively quick when not in an urgent rush for delivery, and results seem to be legit. I will find out how accurate with 30 days of avoiding the severe intolerant allergens. I believe for the severe results to be accurate based on my knowledge of my pet.

It was interesting to find out our dog was sensitive to a couple ingredients in her food and some chews. The test kit arrived quickly and the instructions were easy to follow. They notified us when they received the test in the mail and the results were emailed to us within 2 days. We'll see if changing her diet will be helpful for her skin allergies.

Really helped me nail down which foods I should avoid feeding my dog. I was following vets advice and giving hemp oil daily to help his itching and turns out he’s highly intolerant of hemp products. He’s been so much better since implementing diet changes based off info from this screening!

We've struggled for years trying to get our fur baby's skin problems figured out.... constant itching, red scaly lesions, paw chewing. This put a stop to the guessing game. Really great!

I really enjoyed this product. I have been super worried about my dog lately because we haven’t been able to figure what has been causing her to itch so much. It was easy to use and helped me to find out what was causing her itching! I would definitely recommend to anyone who is in need of find out what their sensitivities are!

A little pricey but still a great value in my opinion! Very fast results!Giving 3 stars because the package appeared to have been opened and reclosed. Also, there was a fur inside the paper brochure. Didn't seem as though it was new.My cat was reacting to something and we couldn't pinpoint what, so we gave this a try! We've discontinued some treats that had a few ingredients on her tolerance results but that didn't make a difference. Now we're thinking it's seasonal allergies and will move forward from here! It's great to know what her intolerances are!
