I got this as a gift for my stepmom as she has been pressing her tofu between two plates weighted by a cast iron for years. She loves this tofu presser. She said it works faster than pressing between two plates, and also allows her to press out more liquid if she would like. It lets her set the press to exactly the thickness that she would like to press more or less liquid out. And it is easy to clean.

A must have for tofu eaters. No more waiting around for your tofu to get ready. Vert easy to use press gets the water out quickly and leaves a cute pattern on one side. Very easy to clean plus you can also pour in a marinade and let it steep after you have pressed the tofu. Everyone in my family has one now.

It does the job. The amount of water that gets extracted is insane. Great build and nice quality.There is no pressure on the bottom of the tofu. The lid has a removable plate with a spring coiled into the lid. This will pop off unexpectedly, so be careful when picking up. There are maximum and minimum positions for the pressure, but most groceries store blocks will fit.The tofu comes out restaurant quality. It's a bit bulky but it houses a lot of well engineered design that prevents the tofu from soaking in water again.

This was easy to use and did exactly what it was to do. All I can say is, don't do what the influencers on youtube say to do. Read the simple instructions and do it right. I never ate tofu before but this really helped me to enjoy it.

I struggled for years with messy dishcloths, draining tofu. This makes both draining and marinating a breeze.

Love this! Made crispy Tofu in the airfryer using extra firm tofu and pressed it over night using this device. It worked out great! The tofu came out perfect. I saw reviews about the push plate being crooked, you have to center the tofu in the container and you should be fine. Def recommend
