Convenient and reliable over the years
Convenient, space saving, always ready to go. My sister-in-law has had one for over 25 years-still in great shape; so we’ve decided to have one in stalled in laundry room of new home,

Ironing in a flash
If you hate pulling out that ironing board from under the bed and your iron out of the closet, this is well worth the investment. Just open the door, drop the board and turn the timer on ... ready to iron.

Great addition to our laundry room
Love the unit overall if your not a builder the instructions can be difficult to figure out, as they cover installation for four different models .And the light switch contact did not fully shut off power when the door is closed. Other than that I love it!

A must in every household!
This is the best thing that’s been made! Have had 3 in last 16 years. It was first thing on list when we bought a different house.

Iron center has it all
Perfect - in every way. Had it all. Light, turn off switch, room to store iron, cover, hides the ugly but makes it available at a moment’s notice.

Perfect!
This product is worth every penny! No more fitting cords and hiding board.

OK but overpriced for what it is
Looking at the ironing station, it’s ok but definitely overpriced for what you’re actually getting. The carcas is a mix of 1/2” MDF (what gets recessed in the wall) and maybe poplar (what will likely show)? Construction is OK. The door is veneered plywood from what I can tell. Definitely veneered and not hardwood. The piano hinge was mortised on the door like it should be, but not on the carcas side which causes an rather large unsightly and uneven gap on the hinge side of the door. The door was also either not cut square or was hung out of square because it is proud of the carcas on the top left and bottom right of the door, and a little on the bottom left. The electronics look ok. Nothing more than painted sheet metal with an outlet, timer, and light. The included lightbulb was shattered on arrival but I’d expect that. I was surprised they even included a bulb so good on them. The unit is definitely hefty. Materials are close to what I’d expect for the application, minus the MDF.All in all it’s… OK. Nothing impressive but it’ll definitely do. I saw these on Rockler for between $800 and $1000 and that’s just asinine. I wanted to just make one but could find a descent ironing board that wasn’t outrageously priced.
