Got this to use for exercise while traveling, to complement trx straps. It easily folds and fits in luggage, then quickly turns into a 10-35lb bag.Easy to fill up, and fill up the remaining space with air using the provided pump. The valve is specialized for this process.Construction is nice, better than I was anticipating, no leakage. The straps are extra-reinforced.I use a leather bulgarian bag quite frequently, so it is nice to finally have a portable version for travel. My only complaint is there is unlike a standard bulgarian bag, you cannot grip the edges, and there is just the two top straps and the two side straps. This makes it a little more difficult to do over the shoulder swings and snatches. To fix this, I added two lacrosse balls and held them in place with rubber band ties. Way easier like this to grip for swing rotational movements

Overall a great buy and value as an alternative to the Onnit brand version. Works very well for a variety of exercises, and is one of the few pieces of equipment I really enjoy using- which makes it more likely I'll actually use it. The only reason I give 4 stars is that where the rope part connects to the bag is set back from the tip, so that it can slide and get out of center while swinging it. The Onnit version connects to the tip of the bag itself. I fixed it by wrapping Gorilla tape around the bag so that the straps exit right where the edge of the tip is and it works fine that way. Still much cheaper than Onnit, and has been durable so far! No leaks and the handles on the top are very comfortable.

It is fairly easy to add more water for increase strengthening challenge. The handles allow for easier hold, and one hand to two hand switch during balance challenges.

After 1 week the water started molding. The product itself worked great, I just am wondering how to maintain cleanliness because it doesn’t really say how.

My husband owns a gym where he trains athletes, working on speed, agility and specific sport performance skills. He purchased 3 of these to use for drills with his athletes. Safe to say, he loves it and his athletes get a kick out of it as it sloshes about!It took a little bit of time to fully understand how to fill up the bags with water and air but after doing it 3 times, draining some of the water and refilling with air, I got it down to a science! Didn’t make too big of a mess either.One super cool thing we did was add food coloring to the water to turn it red (his gym color). It was super easy to do and after 6 months of use, it has NOT stained the clear plastic. We joke about the red water being the blood of their enemies as they enhance their skills to win. The athletes eat it up! Great purchase for sure!

My son uses this to build core muscles and strengthen his rotational power for baseball! Must have!
