Would this work on a two year old with lots of hair?

I purchased it for my 5 month old daughter but I have actually used it on my 2 year old as well who has lots of hair. I was washing his hair and decided to use it cause it was within reach and it actually got a lot of dirt out of his scalp. I couldn't believe it. So yes, you can use it on a toddler if you want.

Can this be used on a two month old baby as well with milder cradle cap?

I used it on my son when he was 2 months. As long as your gentle, you should be ok. I used the comb part more than the rubber turquoise part, and it worked great. His cradle cap is gone!

Are the teeth of the comb sharp or soft tipped?

The blue part is soft/rubber. The teeth I would consider “sharp” they are plastic. However the brush works like a charm for cradle cap !
