Fixed the washer
PArt was well priced and did fix the issue with our Maytag washer. Only issue was I paid the additional cost to expedite shipping and part came in late.I did get a refund on the shipping for being late so I have updated review to 5 star. Part worked as expect and washing is running fine again.

Good fit.
Seems to be holding up well. If the splines on your transmission shaft have deteriorated, this part won't last long. I had to install a new transmission to stop the failures.

Brittle, cracked when tightening down on spindle
The thing cracked down the middle when I tightened it down. Still seems to work, but a little disappointing. Be careful

Worked!; This part saved me $$$
My Maytag washer quit spinning so clothes were always wet. I watched a few YouTube videos and ordered this part. I replaced the part and the washer works. If I would have replaced the washer, a new unit was around $650
