Triple Burner Gas Propane Forge Furnace Blacksmith Knife making w/ 1 Door

Awesome piece of equipment. Absolutely zero issues with assembly and preparation for first fire up. I primarily use 5160, 1095, D2, 15n20 for blades small to over 18” and easily raises them to proper temperature for whatever type of blade I am making (canister Damascus, san mai, go mai, etc.) If you’re looking for a great forge, this is it.

Very simple straightforward assembly. ONCE you manage to extricate it from its packaging. Very fast delivery considering the size. Ordered Wed, received it the following monday. All the parts appear to be of sound quality with good heavy welds. Each part was, if anything over wrapped and nearly had me swearing trying to get it unwrapped. After that, setting the burners took me no more than a few moments, and were easy to align with minimal patience. I will revisit this review once I get it fired up and give it a trial run.

Instruction manual is not very detailed. Doesn’t give you much information. Had to go online for a you tubers help.

Before I bought this forge I went through the reviews and everyone’s reviews were good but a couple people complained that the forge started splitting at the seams after a few forging sessions because the seams were only tack welded in a few spots. When I got the forge I did notice that the seams in the 16 gauge steel were only tack welded and they were pretty spaced apart. So I decided to be proactive and I promptly welded all of the seams up completely before even firing up the forge. I have no doubt now that this forge will hold heat better now and last longer. I wish the company would just take the extra time to weld up the edges solid. 4 stars because of that.

I received this forge and was super excited. I'm not sure if they let a brand new guy build it for me, but the quality was pretty lousy.- The bar that's welded between all three burners was not straight. I had to use an angle grinder to cut a few notches to get the burners to sit straight.- The mounting screw holes used to secure the burners where drilled poorly. (Uneven)-One of the bolts sheared with little torque-The rods that allow you to adjust the choke where bent. I had to bend them straight.-The amount of refractory coating pretty much gives you one shot at applying it perfectly or your out of luck.I'm not sure if this is standard for this company, or if I just got a dud.
