D-Link DES-105/B, Fast Ethernet Switch, 5 Port Unmanaged 10/100 Metal Fanless Desktop or Wall Mount Design

I have only had this in for a couple of weeks, but so far everything is great. I just needed a few more ethernet ports, and this did the trick pretty inexpensively. It was easy to mount, just plugged in a patch cord from my modem to one of the ports, plugged devices into two f the other ports, tuned it on and they were talking. The speed looks good...I like it!

I bought it sometime last year,, still working. For what I used it for, Just right.

Plugged this in. Plugged a Cat 6 cable in and everything was working fine. It doesn't get any easier than that. I really like a metal case. So far I am very pleased with my purchase.

My main modem and router are in the basement where I have one computer system. I have a cat 5 cable running up stairs into one of the bedrooms. In this room I have two computers and a wifi router. I use this switch to run all three of these systems. It has worked flawlessly for the past couple of years.

We use these for labs in schools. The D-Link brand has proven itself as a reliable brand to place in an environment that uses them almost daily.

Routers never come with enough places to plug in, this switch allowed my computers, printers and scanner to be connected direct and handle multi functions from multiple devices on my network. A must have

Not much to say. It's a cheap switch that does exactly what's expected. We needed a few extra ports in the back of the office for some VOIP devices. No config, no setup. Just plug in the RJ45s and you're good to go. I'm going to order another one as you never know when a few extra ports are needed.
