Excellent quality, Pretty fast due to thin tyres. smooth & easy cycling. Only issue of two missing accessory 1. Horn/Bell but were supplied later on insistence. Very easy to assemble. tools were provided. took15-20 min to assemble. My daughter is pretty happy as her cycle run faster than other similar cycles of same size. Tyre size of 700 x 35C is new/ unique size. Not easy to find in local market but presently not requires, hope so this size is available in couple of month from Ralson. Cycle got admired by almost everyone for its sleek look but still sturdy on rough roads of faridabad haryana. Front shock absorber are pretty fine for 600 mm of dump.

It's a wonderful cycle . The seat ia also very good. The gear shifting is also very smooth and the assembly of the bike only took 5 min

Best Hybrid cycle to buy if your not sure of using a cycle regularly cause of the value for money and ease of assembling for the first time. Build is good enough for an hybrid cycle. Paint job is good. Sometimes if I don't use i see rust in few places. The same can be remove with chain cleaner and lubricating. Support team is also very mature and responsive. Would suggest to go for it if your confused to buy an hybrid cycle for the first time.

product is just average for 16k price. I found it not very sturdy for 90+ weight users. However, I had to return the product as cycle rim was damaged on delivery. Gave 3 star for OMO customer service and not for the product.

It is good value for money paid. I was able to assemble the cycle myself with help of tools supplied along. For safety I took it to mechanic to tighten to the right levels. I went for 13KM first ride and it was good ride, there were gear slips once or twice. I received call from OMO bikes to know my experience and suggested to observe for few more days if gear slip is observed they will send spare to address it.Hope it is not required, happy with my experience till now.

The media could not be loaded. The gear system is the worst. Slipping, Skipping continuously while pedaling, Sprockets are waiving. The rear frame is totally bent. The seat adjustable is damaged. Went to the technician they informed me to return the product. Manufacturing defect, Worst customer service from OMOBikes & Amazon, Not arranging a replacement. Following them for more than a week issue has not been resolved yet. DON'T BUY OMOBIKES.

Nice bicycle for city ride

The cycle was good for its price segment and they have not compromised on quality. As mentioned it is easy to assemble but takes an hour. After assembling i would recommend you to go to the nearest cycle shop and check again because safety is very important. Yeah definitely recommend to others.
