Instrument is not working after first use.
We have used the device only one time after the purchase, during that time it was working in good condition. Now we try to use the item for another inspection and the device is not working.

The item will work for the first setup when you install the app after that it will not work. I thought it was incompatible with my phone but it has the same outcome whether android or ios. Don’t buy this item. Its a waste of money
