I am terribly disappointed with this for the following reasons:1. The picture shows conical design but the product has flat bottom2. The size is smaller. It’s not for 2-4 cups, it’s 1-2 cups3. The paper quality is too bad. The moment I pour hot water in it, it breaks open. How am I supposed to brew the coffee?4. Even if I insert 2 papers, they still break open up on pouring hot water.5. The return policy is such that you cannot return this product.There is nothing good about this product. It is simply misleading. Please save yourself from getting fooled.

The item delivered is NOTHING like this and it now says it’s not eligible for delivery even though I ordered it yesterday! Ridiculous

not the same as the picture, they are flat.some split easily, you need to be very gentle pouring water.
