I bought this product because it says it lowers cortisol levels. I am in menopause and have that terrible tummy that won't budge. I started taking this and didn't really think about it but after about a week I felt like I had lost a little weight. This is not a diet pill! BUT for the first time in 3 years I did actually lose a pound. And I became very motivated to see if my body would let me lose a few more. Cause women at this stage know that really NOTHING works. So I am now 7 lbs lighter after about 1 month. My husband also was taking it and also noticed on his own that he felt a little lighter as well. I am eating well and exercising. I bought this Cissus formula after hearing about it from a bodybuilder who has taken it for 15 years. I was telling him that I was getting hip pain at night when laying on my side. I can’t take traditional joint supplements because they upset my stomach. I has never heard of Cissus before. It’s amazing how well it works. I have been taking it for about 2 weeks and I haven’t been getting the hip pain. It also doesn’t upset my stomach at all. This combination of herbs has so many benefits for joints and bones. I have been using this for some time for my knee pain. I have arthritis in both of my knees. I usually bicycle to work and when I get off from work, my knees were aching to the point I could barely pedal. After a few weeks of using this twice a day, the knee pain was gone. I have no problem riding the bike after my shift anymore. This tells me that this stuff really works and I am happy to recommend it to anyone suffering joint pain.

Game changer for active individuals that also have to deal with the problems of Arthritis. Taken daily this has been key to keeping inflammation down without further medications allowing me to continue to workout daily without pain. On days where I feel I could be having an increase in pain I simply begin taking 2 capsules in the morning with breakfast and 2 before bed. Within a 2-3 days the pain is gone. After the first night of taking Cissus I noticed less joint pain in my knees. I usually get joint stiffness and pain at night after my daily walk but slept pain free with no stiffness.
