Bought this for my daughter for this monthly visits! She loves it. Loves that you can easily hide it under your clothing, she loves that it gets warm but not to warm and also loves the vibrations.

Works amazing. I love the different heat levels and vibration settings. It shuts off after 30 mins of use. Had this item for a few years and still works great. Doesn't take long to charge either.

The auto cut off is annoying, although it does heat quickly. Unless you're pressing the massage into you it's hard to feel through a shirt, and the elastic cuts into you since it's just elastic. I had to loosen it all the way and it's still tight, I have a 32 inch waist so beware if you're bigger than that. It does amazing relieving the pain in my back and is quiet, about like a phone vibrating, the charge lasts about as long as it takes to charge it so that's annoying too. It is easy to wear, although if you want it for your back like I did the bucket is hard to maneuver. Overall if you have really bad pain I'd recommend it, but not for just somebody with an occasional ache. If it weren't for the quick heat it wouldn't get this many stars

Purchased this product to use at work, using at 30 minute intervals as directed with 30+ minute breaks between. I’m left with blisters and burns from using the product correctly after reading instructions front to back. Extremely upset after getting second degree burns, because I could no longer use a regular heating pad, take a hot bath or shower to help with my cramps because I’d be risking more damage to the burned skin, and adding even more pain to the area. I’ve tried sending the seller a feedback but I was left with no response. It didn’t have a warning or caution label on the product at all. So beware.

I bought this little pink heating pad on a whim, and it turned out to be one of the best $20 purchases I’ve made! It heats up quickly and has 3 different levels, which is perfect depending on how intense your cramps or back pain are. The vibration massage is a nice bonus too—it’s not super intense, but it does add a soothing touch.It’s portable, charges fast, and doesn’t slide around when I’m moving. I love using it while working from home or laying on the couch. The only con? I wish the battery lasted just a little longer on the highest setting. But honestly, for the price and the relief it brings, it’s totally worth it.Highly recommend this for period pain, lower back tightness, or just staying warm on chilly days!
