No driver available for Mac OS , Barcode software expires after 3 months
MAC OS driver not availableBartender software is very expensive and after it expires after 3 months, You can use this printer only as a paper weight in your office.Absolute rubbish services, no one picks call on service center and no support available for any issue

Printer is very good and it can print both labels and receipt.
Printer is very good and it can print both labels and receipt and print quality is good.There should be one improvement so that ribbon should not get wasted because if you print two inch label then print ribbon is not utilise fully

TVS should provide own consumables.
The media could not be loaded. TVS should provide own branded labels or stickers. Other branded labels sometimes slip in direct thermal printing mode. However the printer is good at this price with thermal transfer mode. Made in India. Customer care is also not of good standard. I asked them to resolve my problem, they told me to share the invoice. I showed them the Amazon invoice, they said they want the real invoice.

Product is really good and tvs support is awesome
initially i was facing issue in setup,but then i reached service center in my city,they help me in setup,now its working buttery smooth.The seller packed the product very well too.
