Since placing it beneath my desk, I have developed calf muscles Michelangelo would’ve sculpted and balance so fine I can now retrieve snacks from the fridge while standing on one foot.It doesn’t just support my feet — it supports my dreams. I’m convinced the Topo mat is subtly rewiring my DNA. I have been standing at my desk full time but have had some slight aches and pains and was considering switching to "part time" standing.Instead of buying a chair, I decided to take the plunge and buy this mat as a "last chance". I am sure glad I did.(Amazon returns are great! And the company directly offers refunds also)I was very hesitant to buy this at first due to the price, but it worth every penny.The materials are fantastic. I like how it is a higher density foam than other flat mats.The prior mat, Vivo, was already starting to break down and got too soft just after 2 weeks. (I will be returning it)I like being able to put my body in different positions depending on the section I am standing.It provides much more variety than flat mats. (Calf stretches are my favorite, they feel so good!)The center teardrop also serves as a nice foot massager. I found I was naturally clawing at it.I never knew standing could be "fun".If you are having doubts, just do it. Give it a try, I wish I didn't waste my time on inferior mats.

Love this mat! I really like the raised edge on the back; I use it to stretch my calves throughout the day. I used a different mat my job had on hand for the first couple of days with my standing desk and I did notice an improvement in leg fatigue after switching to this one. Don’t forget to check the company’s website for promo pricing, I didn’t do that until after I ordered and could’ve saved a bit buying direct from them. Nice to support a small company though, and I’m really happy with my purchase.

I found this mat when I was looking for anti fatigue standing mats. I appreciate the science behind the topography, and I do find that while using it to stand at my desk that I am moving my feet around. When standing still for a long time in one place, I have a tendency to lock out my knees and this guards against that.It is a thick mat, and comfortable to stand on. I'm using it on carpet so it does not slide as easily when switching between sitting and standing. It's also slightly too wide at its widest point for my desk, which has a 28" opening - be sure to measure.

This mat is a game-changer if you are trying to stand more during your work day! I have a joint disorder that affects my feet / knees quite a bit so standing for long periods has always been hard for me. This mat gives me a way to stand for a couple hours without any pain or discomfort.The mat is thick and comfortable. The various elevations really help you adjust and stretch your feet / legs so you don’t get stiff. Highly recommend!

Absolutely love this mat! I didn't want to fall in the trap of sitting constantly for 8 hours, so I would stand just with my normal shoes when first working from home. My feet would be so sore by the end of the day. I decided to give this mat a try, and I am so happy that I did! I find myself changing positions and enjoying all of the different options with this mat. I have used it for one whole week of work and very happy with my purchase. It's also very easy to put up if I decide to sit. But my feet are no longer sore! And I would say that I stand for at least 7 hours of the work day.I would definitely buy again!

This mat is a dream come true and I've been telling all my friends about it so I figured it was worthy of a 5-star review.I am a dancer but I also work and game at a standing desk, so it's great being able to stretch and manipulate my feet when I'm between sessions. This is so much better than just standing around in sneakers or on a traditional mat. Being able to do that coveted stair-lift stretch brings joy to my dancer heart and relieves sore feet so much more efficiently than traditional floor stretching. The edges and the little ball in the middle have just the right amount of squishy resistance that my feet need to stay flexible and it's also great if you find you're a fidgety person that struggles standing in one spot for too long. I can stand on this thing for hours without getting foot fatigue. I will be requesting one of these at all my workplaces.I try to only buy things on Amazon that I'll plan to use over a long period of time because I care deeply about our planet and don't want to add to the growing mountains of waste in our landfills and oceans. I'm not disappointed with the quality of the materials or the thickness and can see this thing lasting a very very long time.I rarely write these kinds of reviews so if I'm here writing this - trust me. It's a good product. The only downside is that it costs so much to ship to New Zealand, and I was worried about the value before it arrived. I'm so happy with it and it was well worth the expense.I can see other ways these types of mats can be useful (particularly for VR gaming) so if the manufacturer is willing to listen, I'd love to spit ball some ideas.
