I love the smell. It makes my face feel so soft after even if I don't put on moisturizer and I have extremely dry skin. No breakouts from this. Very happy even though it is more than I would normally spend.

This is the first cleansing balm I have ever used after seeing it on major discount at Whole Foods ($10/jar). Since I don’t wear makeup that frequently, I like to mix this balm in with my normal face wash (I sometimes add a fine granular scrub, to make a 1:1:1 mix). The scent of this balm is incredible and I love how moisturizing it is. After the first use, I knew it was love and went back to my local Whole Foods to buy the remaining four jars that were on sale! Lol. I fear the day I run out of this stuff.I can see how some users say it is difficult to rinse off— I think the package says to use a wet towel to help remove the balm from skin since it’s not really emulsifying. That being said, I have used this balm in a pinch when I have run out of moisturizer when traveling and since I don’t wear makeup very often, I don’t mind the “residue” the balm leaves on my skin after washing since I know it won’t have any leftover makeup within it :). I love the moisturizing after effect it leaves although I can understand if it’s saturated with mascara and other makeup… you probably want to wash it allll off.

I want to like this. It is hard to wash off. I prefer cleansing balms that emulsify. This one is more like an ointment. It smells really good, I dab my finger into this and use on my lips with a bit of sugar. Makes a great scrub.Scent, packaging, idea is great. Product is heavy and does not emulsify.

Do not buy, the ingredients are awesome but the product itself doesn’t do the basic task of removing makeup. It feels as if you rubbed wax all over your face, and does not wash off in the first try. Extremely disappointed!

I agree with other reviews that this product smells great (if you are into aromatherapy) and that it leaves your skin moisturized. However, it fails to do what it purports to do, which is removing makeup. Or at least, it doesn't remove makeup easily. It feels like wax, and it leaves heavy residue even after rigorous washing. I unfortunately always have to use another cleanser after using this product.

Love the feel, the smell and mostly the "balm" of it. especially wonderful in the dry cold months. Use it when I want to feel luxurious and pampered.

NO eyes tearing up for me!The jar 🫙 is going to last me ages (months) as you don’t need much product, it goes a looooong way.The scent is luxurious; deep rich notes of natural oils and minerals (no artificial smell) to restore my tired skin.Every time I use this it feels like I’m being pampered, a facial every day.The colour 😍 is divine (apricot!) and the balm stays firm until you smooth it on your skin, then becomes easily pliable the warmer it gets - the consistency is something between an oil and serum, a balm!! When warm the consistency feels oily with a fine salt to gently exfoliate your skin.The perfect consistency for me. Removal is very simple too ⤵️My routine:-I use it both as a cleanser balm to remove makeup and to just simply cleanse my skin.🫧 💧 🫧 💧 🫧 💧 🫧 💧 🫧 💧 🫧 💧 🫧-To remove the cleansing balm, I personally use micellar water with pads or water with a cloth.Sometimes I also (as I don’t want to dry out my skin) occasionally use my favourite toner. I like to double cleanse, especially as a makeup wearer.I then use a Vit C serum & facial moisturiser.- 💄💋 Now My skin is flawless and beautifully exfoliated (without a mess!) before applying my makeup, my complexion is dewy, plump & youthful.Summary:I’ve tried so many products (over the years & wasted a lot of money!) only to find that my skin reacts badly with the product. Also, my sensitive eyes tear up, so previously tested products ended up in the bin!But this beautiful new discovery is a keeper 😍 It’s food for my face, leaving my skin dewy and youthful (even without makeup) my complexion has improved massively.I really love my UPCIRCLE cleansing balm, if I had to pick fault (I’m being picky here) UPCIRCLE please include a beauty scoop/scraper/spoon for hygiene.I’m using a multi pack scoop at the moment, I just prefer a scoop/scraper…Happy facials 😉 and a massive thanks to UPCIRCLE for this amazing cleansing balm, my skin salutes you 🤍

Really lovely balm

I was looking for a new makeup remover that is either oily or a balm. I found this one thought that I will give it a try. The smell is very nice and quite strong. The texture is quite hard and it's not very easy to melt into the skin. It works well if you only need to cleanse your face or if you wear light makeup. I find it hard to remove my waterproof makeup with it. That's why I don't think I will purchase it again unfortunately!

Lovely scent and with good massaging into your face you really feel like it's a little bit of daily pampering.

A gorgeous product, skin left feeling refreshed and cleansed and not sticky! I would definitely buy again.
