THESE ARE GREAT
Very similar (but not exactly) like the Ideal Protein wafers.Compare the nutrition information for yourself.And IP doesn't have a raspberry/chocolate wafer.About 1/3 the price of IP.

Just okay
I found these to have a very bad after taste that lingered for hours. I would not purchase again due to that.

Great Protein Bar
These are a smaller size to help contain the carbs but have a wonderful taste and lots of protein. These are my go-to snack when needed.
