After our remote went "kaput"; with Prime, 3 days later we got to change the channels and change the volume again without getting up for the touch screen. So we bought two just in case one was a dud. Both worked fine. Wife has hers, gets the most usage, I have mine for after she heads to bed. Since it was exact match to original it was easy to navigate the buttons. Great to have Prime in a TV emergency. I remember being the remote when my Dad wanted the channel changed.

I always liked the remote that came with my TV. Replacement from the manufacturer was too expensive, so I went with a standard remote. Finally, this was available, and I’m so pleased with it. The buttons are so much easier to find without looking on this one. Easy to use, and seems to be of good quality.

The remote only turns the TV on or off. None of the other functions work,

The remote paired immediately to my LG TV.The the Caption button has been replaced by a Guide button. The Guide is handy, but so is captioning. Fortunately, the Caption button still works on my old remote. Surprisingly, both remotes can be used for the same TV at the same time.

It works. Some features don't work like a oem version. But what can I can complain for $20 vs $50. Just it works just fine.

I’ve ordered 3 in a month! Idk how she keeps getting them! In all seriousness, these work great. I have no clue why you’d need to buy one of the others out there at more than double the price… sure glad I didn’t!

Old one got dropped to many times. This was an exact replacement at a fair price.
