Q: How thick is this, really, and does it need to be fluffed?

The feather bed is 4" thick, once I took it out pf the wrapping, that is the only time I fluffed it up. After having it for a weeks now, the mattress has stayed the same. I would recommend this to anyone looking for a feather bed mattress, well worth the money.

Q: Does anyone feel like the feathers are pokey?

The feathers are so pokey, that we had to put 2 blankets on top of it. The feathers fell out all around our bed. Within one month, it became infested with tiny black bugs, the size of pepper, and we had to throw it in the dumpster. With it out of the house, there has been no more bugs of any kind. Very odd. Very unfortunate.

Q: How do you care for this? Can it be washed or dry cleaned? Also, does it have anything to attach to the mattress so it doesn't move under the sheets?

You can have it dry cleaned or you can wash it if you have a High-Efficiency Front Load Washer. It does not have anything to attach it to nor I need it, it does not move under the sheets. I have a memory foam pad under it and it stays in place, yes it is nicer and softer than the memory foam mat!

Q: Why does it say bluestone and there's a picture of a lavish homes tag in the description?

It is Lavish Home. That's an error. I will email Amazon to let them know to change the title.
