Good pre workout for the money . You can feel the burn throughout the workout. So far so good.

I try new preworkouts all the time, especially the cheaper ones just to see what they are about. This one tastes good with 200mg of caffeine per serving.Besides that, some of the extra stuff like beta-alanine and betaine are wayyy underdosed for actual usefullness.For actual usefulness beta alanine should be 4g-6g a day and betaine should be about 2.5g-5g. Even 2 servings don't hit that and you're already 400mg caffeine in.The other ingredients are ok, but on the very low end of usefulness per research. I'm always annoyed when brands underdose just to say they have it in the product. It's better to not add it at all and lower the price, then market as a a good cheap alternative.Overall good caffeine pre, but you'd get the same effect mixing kool-aid and 15 cent caffeine pills.I'm giving it 4 stars because it tastes decent and does get the job done energy wise. It's not a bad product by any means, just know that some of the added ingredients are near useless at these levels unless supplemented elsewhere.

I was excited to give this pre workout a try but was not as good as I expected. Does come well packaged was not open. As you can see in the picture at first its a nice fine powder but then started to clump and look led bad.As for taste and energy.. I like the flavor taste like tropical punch/ gatorade. Ive used other pre- workout so in comparison this one was not strong it barely helped me to wake up with slight energy feel, good for beginners or if your more sensitive to caffeine/energy drinks.Don’t really recommend if you’re looking for a good strong bump of energy for heavy weight.

Great product!! Flavor was good, energy was good overall good and definitely will purchase again.

This pre-workout tastes great, and is super effective. Gives me lots of energy if drank ~20-30mins before my workout.

This is just as good, if not better, than the pre-workout powders costing 1 1/2 to 2 times as much. Gives me the great energy boost that I need to start and get through a good cardio workout lasting 30-45 minutes. The flavor is pretty good...its a nice change from the crappy fruit punch flavors found in many other pre-workout powders.

I gave this product a try. I have used other pre-workouts and this is not worth your money. It has no effect and is basically Kool aid.
