My 5-year-old granddaughter loved this gift and felt a real sense of accomplishment when she successfully "unearthed" a baby dinosaur from an egg. It took a while to accomplish, but she enjoyed finding a foot, then a wing, and eventually the entire dinosaur. This kit is great for a budding paleontologist!

My nephew loves these and always request these as gifts. He plays with these for hours and really learns alot.

This has been the best kit I have purchased for dinosaur excavating. This kit comes with many items to dig, small dinosaurs in eggs, another piece with dinosaur teeth, and then the main show… digging out the trex. What makes this kit the best aside from all the digging things you get for the price, is that the T-Rex is sturdy and its head articulates. It balances on its platform and does not require glue to keep together. Other kits have been very frustrating to my school aged child to try to keep together. He is inspired to start a museum at home with this kit.

This is a really cool set , especially the diversity of types of dig experiences. The eggs are a little soft and porous, so they go very quickly, great for younger kids or first timers. The really cool piece is the Dino skeleton which requires patience to expose properly without breaking , to yield a full skeleton model to assemble!! Great set with nice tools !

great gift

Gave to my grandson for his birthday and he was SO EXCITED. I am sure this was a lot of fun for him and it was a great price.

This was a great learning tool. The project itself can be messy but worth it. The size is great. Everything was in the package that was advertised.

Our son loves these kits, he enjoys digging and finding the different items. Would purchase again.
