Great for beginners
My fiancé loved this plane

Weak motor
This plane is way underpowered. We could not take off in the same space as other planes we own. Took it to our local hobby shop for troubleshooting and they refused to look at it. They said they stopped carrying this model because of others complaining about its weakness. Do not waste your money on it.

Good model for beginner flyer, docile and stable in flight, takeoff and landing in no wind.
Value and quality for a starter/trainer plane.

Too small for me.
It is a great buy. No ailerons is a negative for me. Also too little to fly in even the lightest wind. I exchanged for the full size AeroScout. 1.2m. Way better for a beginner as you can fly in moderate wind w all 4 channels. It handles the wind much better. For what the mini is, I would give it a 5 star based on quality and price. But again it's just too light and small.

Junk
Biggest pos rtf there is. For a few dollars more you could get a better plane that actually has flaps. Complete waste. Absolutely do not buy.

Easy to fly
This plane is easy to fly out the box, you may have to use some adjustments on the craft, 3 channel, good for the price.

Broke after the first time.
I was going to but the full/big version, but after watching endless YouTube videos, and reading local laws against drones and "small unmanned aircraft," I decided to go with the Mini AeroScout.I only actually flew once for about 45 seconds, and after a couple more tries, the styrofoam plane cracked in half. This was a xmas gift for my son, I even bought extra batteries so that we could get over 30 mins of flying.Nope! I spent all in about $150 ... for 45 seconds of flying. Total waste of money. The styrofoam is very weak and cannot take a mild crash.Buy a different plane, a stronger one, or get a Traxxas RC car (those are fun), but I wouldn't spend my money on this.

Nice little plane
This is a nice little R/C aircraft to fly at football fields, and parks. I get 10-15 minute flight out of it by being conservative with power. I recommend buying 3 or 4 extra batteries as charge time is long. Some precautions though: No R/C plane is easy to fly for a beginner. It is best flown in winds of less than 5 MPH.
