When I opened the box I was confronted with lots and lots of nuts, bolts, screws, some plastic stoppers and four castors. Immediately I could see a large amount of assembly was required so I searched for instructions. There was two pieces of paper that had pictures of finished lamps (all different models) and lots of different languages. These pieces of paper were LITERALLY NO USE AS ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS.After a couple of hours of head-scratching I did manage to build a working IR lamp. Okay, that's the negative feedback finished. Once the lamp is built is works really well. Unlike some other models on eB@y this model has adjustable heat control which is essential. To accompany this purchase I bought a thermometer guns so I could accurately see what temperature the substrate was being heated to and then adjusted the temperature control accordingly.Rubbish instructions, good dryer.

one of the heater lamps was broken when it arrived....apart from that, lovely bit of kit.

Item arrived damaged but very well made instructions were not easy to follow to put it together but you can't go wrong really come,s with a spare lamp works really well

Had this for over a month now works great.Came quick and really well packaged but unfortunately one of the bulbs was broken got in contact with the seller and they quickly sorted out a new bulb and revived in a couple of days.
