This is a really cool toy! Mine upon arrival didn’t work.. so I put new batteries in. Still it didn’t work. However if you reinstall the batteries a few times it actually works and pairs with Alexa! In other words: DON’T GIVE UP. Keep trying and it’ll work eventually!

It’s cute, paired with Echo quickly/easily- the problem is- Amazon/Alexa no longer offers the “Fuzzible” skill - rendering it useless other than as a cute stuffed animal. Took two hours on the phone with Amazon to finally get a customer service representative who understood what is wrong with that. Ridiculous. False Advertising, this is NOT interactive & does NOT work with Alexa. They’re supposed to remove the listing so others are not deceived.

Didn't have instructions, so I didn't know you connect it through your phone. It's really cute, daughter loves it

The media could not be loaded. I ordered two for my grandkids for Christmas. One came in good condition the other very beat up. I’m not giving out for present looking like that I I would like a exchange for a new one

My daughter played with her Fuzzible Friend off and on for a while. We didn't have any problems connecting it to our Echo dot. The features were entertaining enough, and she played with it both as a stand-alone stuffed animal and with the Echo. The last time she tried to use it it wasn't working so we changed the batteries. The spring got really hot in the time we went to put the cover back on. I removed the batteries, the battery compartment was warm and the Fuzzible had a hot, burning metal smell. I have never had this type of problem with any battery-operated device before.

Easy to connect to echo and my 5 year old loves it.

Our 2yr loves it!! She talks to it for hours!
