Q: How long do the mics last before needing new batteries??

It depends on the quality of the mics, and the quality of the batteries. I use rechargable batteries, and put them on a charger after each use. They last a good eight hours, probably longer, but I never have a time that I need more than eight hours.

Q: the hole doesn't fit my standard mic stand. does anybody know how small should it be?

Did you try uncrewing the fitting? It comes with a fitting for mic clips. You unscrew that and the base itself fits the mic stand

Obviously, because Amazon didn't have it close enough to your address to be able to make a 2-day delivery window. Prime doesn't guarantee 2-day delivery, but Amazon always tries to get it to you same-day, or in one or two days. Sometimes though, they can't because of logistical reasons. But, the specific product questions area is not the place for this complaint / discussion as it doesn't concern all users of the specific product. Also, while I have your attention, never down-rate a product because of shipping or Amazon customer service issues. The manufacturer can't control those, so it's not fair to knock stars off of a product because of those things. When you review a product, concentrate your review on JUST THE PRODUCT and not on things around which the manufacturer has no control.

It's just the holder. Mic stand is NOT included.
