Q: is this ready to wear or should we wash it first before use?

I would definitely wash it before wearing it. It does have a smell probably of chemicals from manufacturing.

Q: can you recommend a product comparable to this that is made in USA?

Made in USA is sadly worse than china. Unless you buy handmade from places like etsy

Q: What are the size dimensions of the mask? Not the packaging. I need to know the dimension of the actual mask.

It's not rectangular, so hard to provide specific dimensions. After 1 wash, horizontally it's about 6 inches wide, and vertically it's about 5 inches tall in the middle and 2.5 inches at the ends. Honestly it's kid-sized, way too small for my face. The ear loops are tight when worn. Also had 1 loop (of the 4 masks) break during the first wash.
