This is the stable step that I needed. Its length, width, and adjustable heights are perfect for my workouts. I was using a very unstable step stool before, making due with what I had. I do not regret spending a little bit of money to invest in this piece of workout equipment!

difficult to adjust the height.STARTAugust 1 , 2023 Updateheight adjustment is super easy:was looking at the stepper ,had it on end , as was pushing downfron the other end,( the lower foot was on the ground )and all of a sudden thethe lower foot piece popped off . what ?i turned it around and popped off thethe other side . Too easy , but noinstructions to do so. I like: that it goes as high as 9"It's also stableDisappointment: the way you put the pieces together is really badThe parts connect together by two push points and if you put it on and of a lot it gets loose and it's really disappointing for the priceNeed to be looked at

Great product! Though it’s light in weight, it is quite sturdy to use on the laminate floor I have—it doesn’t slip or slide as I do my stepping exercises. Nice size for me (though at age 64 my balance isn’t what it used to be, I feel good that my foot can securely find secure footing even if I step a little to the right or left of where I intended!) Glad I chose this one!

We’ve been using this in a class for a year or more. Supports, good height, really like the height extender

Needed to continue with pbysical therapy while traveling. Works well. Takes a load of 300 plus pounds. Sturdy. I still have someone by when I use for balance safety. Our trips are in the car. Can easily pull out at night as part of my nightly routine.
