Works well not heard to set-up

I bout this as a replacement for my roku box. Connected to my box easily enough, but half the buttons don't work or you have to keep pressing a lot of times for it to work. Buy cheap buy twice, I wish I hadn't purchased it, I'm back at square one with no working remote. Quality is really cheap

In general this remote does work straight away but all is not right. I have Roku Express on both my TVs - LG & Samsung.The power button & volume control on the remote do not work with the Samsung TV. However they both work on the LG TV. However, the source button does not work on either TV. The YouTube labelled button brings up Netflix. Attempts to reprogramme it has not worked! Also the large yellow cursor button is sticky, hopefully that will get better with time.It works but but not as well as I hoped. however it is cheap.Update: Well my forlorn hope was that the sticky button would get better, but I was wrong. The Right arrow does not work at all now, making the remote fairly useless. So I have reduced it to one star!Last update: I tried to open up the remote to see if I could fix it, but it was not possible. So I sprayed switch cleaner into the inside a few times and let it dry out. Fortunately, the offending button works well now. So I have revised the rating (again).

I do not normally complain about a product, I just send it back. I bought this remote since it had programmable buttons, which would have been perfect for the wife to use on the Apple TV. Apart from one button refusing to work left key (faulty) it was perfect as an extra remote. It was cheap so what could I expect, well one that works would have been a good start.

Had the RC for a week and it does what its supposed to. All the keys work fine. I programmed the power key to switch on\off the TV, source key to change the audio input and volume\mute keys to the amp. There are 4 other programmable keys. So the learning function works really well. The YouTube key is actually linked to Netflix but the Now, Amazon and Sky Store keys are correctly linked. Recommended.

Rubbish did not work at all in fact sending back for a refund.
