Jumpsoles Jump & Speed Training System 5.0 Mens Large Black

I like using these just as a passive calf workout. After leg day morning workout, I put these on and walk the dogs for a couple miles.

Great way to increase your vertical jump. I have been using them for a while now and I have seen some great results.

These are much better than the competitor which is a complete shoe as opposed to an attatchment for existing shoes. These provide a more stable base than the complete shoe and fit great on your favorite pair rather than have to tie them up. Also seem to be made very sturdy. I wear them on my nightly walks with my dog. Turns a walk into a little bit of exercise.

I had an older pair of these from nearly 15 years ago and I remember the older version fitting and feeling better than this version.....its like the platform is too long on this version plus the straps are a little too short....I'll make it work but its a disappointment

Good for endurance and adding vert to your jumps.

After two training sessions with these, muscles I didn't think I had in my lower legs were sore. All the machines in the gym can't produce the soreness I got from using these Jumpsoles. I feel the size of my muscles growing after only a weeks worth of training. I recommend this to anyone willing to put in the work necessary to substantiate the purchase.

I am thirteen years old and want to play basketball for my highschool next year and since i am a big man i thought it would be nice to jump higher, because i have whiteboy syndrome. i used these everyday with the guideline they give you and i got from touching the backboard to the bottom of the rim, IN JUST ONE MONTH!!!

product seems well maid... so far no complaints my son is training with them today. i will be trying them tomorrow
