The media could not be loaded. This is a beautiful book. The drawings are amazing and I love that some of the creatures have short story as well which adds to the fun. If your child enjoys learning about magical creatures then get this book for them.

The illustrations are colorful and creative. The description of each creature is concise and clear...perfect for both kids (my grandkids are 7 and 9) and adults. I would highly recommend this book

beautiful book. The book is a great one for kids with lovely, vivid, color drawings and the story on the accompanying page. The book spans the world and allows kids to have a little taste of other cultures. If you have a kid in your life that is imaginative or likes art or likes to read you should get them this book.

Not as much information as I was hoping for

My 7 year old loves this! Beautiful illustrations, sturdy hardback and great stories. I chose this one in particular because I wanted to avoid fueling nightmares - some of the other great creature books are a little too scary.

This book is beautiful with brightly coloured illustrations and wonderful stories honestly a steal for the price! I would buy it again and again for others as a gift. Older children into mythology will love this!

Mythopedia by Good Wives & Warriors is a free NetGalley ebook that I read in late September.A friggin’ beautiful and vividly colorful resource sorted by country of origin. Sheesh, and to think that I would only be using this for D&D to summon or morph into something cool, but, no, each entry had to be its own work of art.
