This is surprisingly tasty for an unsweetened almond milk, I’m really impressed! It actually tastes more sweet and creamy than overwhelmingly almond-ey to me - and it doesn’t even have sugar or flavourings added to it - I can drink it on its own (not all plant based milks are palatable enough for me to do this), have it with cereal and use it to make porridge, pancakes, waffles and smoothies. Maybe it’s the addition of rice in this milk that makes it sweeter with a more balanced flavour to other almond milks.It’s mixed well with no separation but the lack of a thickener means it’s a thin milk with a fairly watery consistency. I often buy nut milks by Plenish and they are the same sort of consistency if you’re familiar with that brand; I do admittedly prefer the taste of Nutty Bruce now though.I still buy Alpro, Provamel and supermarket own brands which are all readily available, thicker milks with added vitamins in there but funnily enough, I don’t like to heat up or cook with those milks (because of the vitamins, thickeners etc) so when I have the budget for it, I’ll go for this one: minimal ingredients, no preservatives, additives or extra sugar or vitamins, it ticks all my usual boxes with the added lure of activated almonds in the ingredients list. Glad I gave it a go. Nutty Bruce, you’re in my basket!NOTES. Long shelf life with an expiry date 12 months away on the cartons I received. Keep in the fridge once opened and use within 4 days (usually tastes okay on the fifth day too).

I absolutely love Nutty Bruce, I would literally walk 100 miles to obtain this tasty, delicious, creamy, joyful, clean nut milk. The unsweetened almond milk is my favourite but they are all great to be honest. The milk is perfect for smoothies, porridge, blended with Ceremonial Cacao, cereal, on its own- it just makes everything divine. Thanks Nutty Bruce for creating top notch nut milk. Don't ever stop.

I have tried every organic plant milk that is out there and this one tastes far the best.It does not contain gum, fillers.This is a great choice for any animal lover. I do not like the taste of cow's milk any more and consider it unethical the way that dairy cows are treated, and the way the male calves are sent to be slaughtered after being taken away from their mothers. Both cry out for days after they are split up, I live next to a dairy farm so I hear & see their distress.

I'd been thinking about making my own almond milk, but then I saw this video, and it was so good I just had to buy it. Rudehealth and Alpro can't hold a candle in comparison.If you're someone who likes the nuttiness of almonds, or if you just want a little less rice water in your almond milk, then make your own! But if you're looking for a great product that tastes amazing and will give you all the benefits of an almond milk without any of the fuss, emulsifiers and gunk, then this is definitely worth trying.

Given the name and the fact it has much higher nut content than supermarket brands, I expected this to have a good nutty taste. However it has no taste at all. I would never have guessed it was supposed to be almond milk. Maybe roasting the almonds first would make for a tastier product, but this was a waste of money.

Very pleasant taste, much nicer than others. We use it in porridge and for coffees and much prefer it to cows milk. The only downside is that it is quite pricey and have had the occassional pack arrive with a burst carton but Amazon have always quickly dealt with faulty items.
