Got this delivered today. I have purchased this a few times. Product works great but today some of it came out of the container during shippimg was in th envelope. Thanx.

Still too salty
I purchased this due to the less sodium than others. The tenderizer works well, but it still tastes too salty. I have to filter out the salt which drastically reduces the amount.

I used this meat tenderizer in meat to make it soft and juicy and guess what I dnt have to use salt quick and easy way to make meat more tender and juicy

WORST MEAT TENDERIZER
I assumed this would be a great meat tenderizer based on all the high star ratings. HELL NO. Product came nearly solid and is practically impossible to get back into a granulated sprinkle state. It doesn't tenderize anything, what little bit I could use. It makes the meat overly salty and inedible. Stick to buying the small ones off your local grocery store shelf. Way over priced for a useless product.

Mostly salt (NaCl). Works reasonably well. Would prefer just the tenderizer, no "flavoring"
Wish there were more info regarding the contents. This one works well, but is mostly table salt. Oh well.

Much cheaper than in grocery stores.
We use tenderizer a lot and this is just what we needed at a much cheaper price and the quality is good also.

Easy does it! Just a tiny pinch does the job great!
It’s unseasoned and much lower in sodium then any other brand I looked at.Just a little goes a really long way so I would go easy on seasoning your meat with salt in case you used to much tenderizer.
