Very good for the money. Brighter than most flashlights and very strong. I was hesitant of what kind of quality it would be but it’s a great hunting light. Works great and holds a charge well. Not uncomfortable to wear and great battery life

This is the light I’ve been looking for!I hike twice a week from 7pm to 9:30-10pm-ish.The low setting works best in my case, so the batteries last for a few weeks easily.I can focus the light spread (spot to flood) easily for both up hill and down hill to have a 6’ to 8’ circle on the path in front of me without intruding into someone else’s area on the trail.Easy to recharge the batteries and well worth the price!I would recommend this over the none adjustable flood light only headlights I’ve purchased!

I bought this light for coming/going to the deer stand in the dark and for walking my dogs at night/checking on the chickens. For comparison, I have another headlamp that has both red and white LED's. My other headlamp is not as bright, but I'd argue its more versatile with two colors of light. They don't make the older headlamp I have anymore. This was the closest thing I could find and seems to be the same brand.This lamp definitely has a brighter red light - its like a spotlight - adjustable, plenty of light on high mode to find my way out of the deep woods in total darkness. Much brighter than the red light on my other headlamp. With the wide beam you have a large, effective field of vision, probably a good 30-40 yard range if your eyes are adjusted to the dark. Narrow it down to spotlight - you can probably see out to 80-100 yards pretty well in total darkness, probably further.My main complaint - it would have been good if they had added a couple of white LED's to make this a multi functional headlamp - sometimes its good to have white light in order to see colors at night. Only having the red beam- its not as versatile as my other lamp.But the red light is strong and lets me keep my night vision - it also is less visible than white light and is less likely to spook wildlife. This light is brand new to me and I will likely be using it 2-4 times per week until it wears out. I also gave it out as Christmas gifts, so others will be using it as well. For the price I expect this light to last for several years - will dig up this review should the rechargeable batteries crap out too early or the product breaks. But so far, so good. Initial impression - very bright red light, good for night-vision, seems to be of decent quality. Four stars because its a little pricey and I'd argue it needs at least some white LED's to be exactly what I need.

I'm a nuisance wildlife trapper and hunter and need a solid dependable red worklight for after dark work. This light has the ability to zoom wide for close in work and and really reach out to light up outside 100yds. In my opinion this is a perfect light for night work inside 100yds as even focused to the tightest beam it starts to lose illumination beyond that. Charge seems to hold well as I've used it several times for more almost an hour and have noticed little to no change in brightness. Does not alarm wildlife. UPDATE: Unfortunately after a couple weeks the lens fell out of the light and into the water to be lost forever. Though the light still worked it did not focus. I was able to return it through amazon for a replacement for defective equipment. Replacement works as it should. UPDATE: Replacement made it a couple weeks before....YOU GUESSED IT... lens fell out again...lost where??? Light still works well but won't focus/zoom. Trying to contact seller prior to 2nd return UPDATE 2: Second light performed flawlessly but AGAIN the glass lense fell from the housing never to be seen again. I'm done for now. Bought this to do some night time coyote hunting and for ease of entry to and from deer hunring stands. My dad purchased a headlamp that was twice as expensive and can barely tell the difference between the two and his isnt rechargeable. This thing is bright shines out far and is comfortable! Works perfectly as intended!

The media could not be loaded. I’ve been walking in the woods in dark morning with red head lamps for probably over 25 years while deer hunting. This is by far the best head lamp for a red light I have ever witnessed for my self or on a hunting partners head and for only $23! I’ll buy another one for sure. Keep in mind its ONLY RED not red and white. Just RED. If you use a red light this one is legit! Not heavy on the head either. Won’t be disappointed. Very easy to use as well.

Get this one. It only has three modes (high, low, and flash) but can be focused. Very bright on high. So far good battery life. The fit is tight so if you have a larger head you might have trouble there. But if it fits you will like it.

Used it all hunting season. Great bright product.
