Had to return it
The specs and everything were great however there was an issue with the power. It would not wake up from sleep mode or when I closed the laptop. It had to be restarted each time, also the battery drained unusually fast. I called tech support and they recommended I return it. The transaction was smooth

I was even surprised to find that the Windows 10 Pro O/S was up to date with latest build. I had worked for a Lenovo Computer System Dealer for years and I can say, these guys do a nice job! 5-Stars!!

I hate everything about it!
There's nothing wrong with the computer that I know of. It's the friggin Windows 10.I've been using windows 7 on a desktop for years, and wanted this as a backup.In the old days, when you got a system, you got a bunch of manuals. Here, I got nothing, and the online support is worthless. I can't even find the file manager. I've still got the shipping box in case I never get it figured out.

Crashed with blue screen of death, returning
it crashed on startup and kept crashing multiple times whenever I tried to set it up. wont run for 5 mins without crashing. It was a gift and my sister was very disappointed. returning it.
