Awesome book, even if you aren’t a beginner to sourdough. Detailed and straightforward. Tons of recipes and answered a lot of questions I had about my starter and baking.

Definitely a beginners book, great place to start! 1st 2 loaves I attempted definitely have room for improvement, but both recipes came out great for 1st tries! Step by step is key; starting with the beginning recipes and building up towards more challenging ones will definitely set you up for success.

It’s a thorough and pretty complete source to start the whole sour dough experience.

Disappointed in the book. I’ve only used a couple of recipes which really were not as good as what I found on the internet. Complete waste of money. I’ll probably donate the book or stick it on a bookshelf somewhere. I’ve learned more just by experimenting over and over and by watching videos of more experienced sourdough bakers.

This book has a lot of really useful information! I sat and read the whole thing and actually learned a lot. Lots of different recipes and each one has additional information and tips on there it’s very nice!
