CALLANY Call Center Telephone with Noise Cancellation Headset (HT500)

I recently started a position with a call center. I was busily trying to meet all of the requirements. I ran all over town, trying to find the required wired headset, along with a suitable phone. This was easier said than done. I finally found one that was way too expensive to be worth it. Then I decided to check Amazon, and I found this!It works perfectly for this purpose. The headset wears well, without any discomfort, for long periods of time. I hear callers clearly, and they hear me just fine. The mouthpiece is flexible, so can be adjusted to suit you.I've tested its noise cancelling abilities, and found that it works quite well. Barking dogs outside (sounding too loud inside), are barely perceptible, if at all. Though I don't have any background noise on when I am working, I also tested it with the TV. I wanted to know! So, I called my son, and found that I could turn the TV to almost a third of full volume level, before he could hear anything. I found that to be pretty impressive.Overall, I am so happy that I found this phone. It has made my life so much easier. It functions well, and I haven't had any issues with it whatsoever. I think it is a great value for the price. If I am ever in need of another such phone, I'd definitely buy this one, again.

I am about to start a new job working from home and need a corded telephone. I ordered one off Amazon prior to this one and it was a JOKE. I couldn't hear a THING on the headset it was SO irritating. So I got back on to Amazon and found this gem!!! OMG y'all need this one FOR SURE! The volume is PERFECT. It's small and compact so you still have plenty of room on your desk. I have 2 computers on my L-shaped desk and with this phone, I still have TONS of room! I am going to use my own headset since I already had one, BUT I tried the one it comes with and it is CRYSTAL CLEAR, COMFORTABLE and excellent for me to use as a backup if I travel. It's super easy to get the date and time all programmed, but you may not have to do that if you already have a calendar in front of you-just saying...BUT I give this item 10 STARS if it were an option! SO STOP LOOKING and ORDER THIS ONE NOW!!!! If I could endorse it I would. I highly recommend it and wish you the same success!

This a great product for its price. The quality of the hardware is pretty good with a nice decent sized dial pad and screen to punch numbers without straining your eyes. The headset is just a tad flimsy but seems sturdy. I've worn it for about 8 hours with 2 breaks and I think it's very comfortable.The display is good as well and brightness is adjustable so contrast is clearer if you need it to be.The only problems I have are:1. No speaker option. But for the price of this product and not many other phones out there that can compare, you get what you pay for.2. Headset volume or call volume could be much better. I had my volume on Max and I could barely hear my trainer speak. I switched to Low setting and the difference was too subtle. It would be great if there was more of a wheel for volume adjustment or if the difference between volumes was greater.Overall though, I think this is a great product that you don't have to break your pocket for to work comfortably if you need a landline headset phone without the need to buy a landline traditional phone AND a separate headset.

This phone works OK but receive level audio is low, even in the "loud" position. There are no backup batteries so the instant you unplug it from your phone line or GSM modem you lose everything you've programmed in and the call record. I knock one star off for each of these flaws. Instructions don't quite match up with the phone I received but I managed to figure out how to program it anyway, at least for the most part. It's definitely usable as-is but could be a winner with a little better engineering. The base unit seems to be well built. The headset is cheesy but comfortable once you get it adjusted and, other than the low receive volume, works OK.

Nothing fancy, but this is my favorite phone for basic home office work so far as it does the job perfectly. This phone was unavailable on Amazon for a few months, but now that it's back, I purchased the second one as I wanted to make sure I have the same exact back-up unit just in case. I got the first one 6 months ago just to try it out and am completely satisfied with the performance. Been on it daily for hours as I work from home: it works great and is perfect for my needs. Another plus: it does not require a power outlet. I live in the rural area where power outages are common, but this unit still works even when the electricity is out. It plugs into the phone line and that's it. The sound is clear and solid. The microphone and the headphone parts are just right too: soft and flexible yet sturdy. I'm very happy with the whole thing. Excellent product, great price.

Not too happy with this purchase. When I first used it, the volume I'm the receiver was so loud, when I tried to turn it down. I looked at the side of the base and to my surprise where the volume is supposed to be is not on my device. So it's always loud and I basically spent money for a paperweight that I won't be using. Such a waste of money, also the phone cord is too short, which doesn't allow for much movement when connected.

EXCELLENT UNIT. WORKS PERFECTLY. GREAT CLARITY AND VOLUME.this unit would be nice with a speaker phone, but at this very very fair pricepoint, that might necessitate a higher cost, and/or need for ac power or batteries.this unit runs totally off the phone line, gets all its power needs from the phone line,and fully illuminates the caller i.d. brightly. so a speaker phone might be more moneyand require additional power, not sure. But this unit is NOT a speaker phone, and itworks fantastically for its use. NICE BIG KEYS, everything easily visible. Nice. AlsoI'm slightly hard of hearing, just slightly, but was very concerned, and yet the volumeis great and crystal clear. 5 STARS. The photos, attached, i just took, and titled, of my actual phone unit.
